my only fear

you ripped my heart out today
now i can feel the blood
dripping from my chest
and down onto the floor
i left a long trail from
your house to my bedroom
where i lay here dying
and no one seems to care
my blood pours with my tears
i think this was the
only thing i ever feared
now im seeing red
that turns to black
and im truly dead inside
