old habits

people always say to me
that all my habits
from high school will carry over
to college and into life
im proof that their wrong
i hate high school
id rather skip everyday
im failing most classes
and im never on time
those are my habits
for high school anyway
work is a little different
ive never missed a day
always getting my shit done
and im always early
i actually like work
i like being independent
being on me own
in school it was different
everyone was the same
and i was just another student
id rather be on my own thanks
