bottled emotions

everything is bottled up inside
and i cant let it out
i feel trapped inside
and i cant get out
if i do everything will fall
i explode on one person
and ten more will hate me
my world will come crashing down
and i wont know what to do
but i have a bad feeling
that this is all happening
its all going on now
and no one even notices
its all behind my back
and im now finding out
but for now ill try to ignore it
and bottle up everything once again
