walk away

my life these days it seems so surreal
why do people ignore everything
all the problems we face
are not really faced at all
we turn our backs and walk away
why isnt anyone speaking up
why doesnt anyone have the answers
why is life becoming so hard to live
why do we have these problems
things such as
- suicide
- drugs
- drinking
- young pregnancies
these problems effect us all
yet no one has the common sense to fix them
are people really that ignorant?
ruining their lives for a little fun
it makes no sense to me
