pulling the plug

we were driving along
we were on our way home
not a mile away
we crossed the intersection
and i seen the headlights
it all happened so fast.
there is a bright light
everyone is standing around me
they are all crying
i dont understand
what is going on
am i ok, am i gonna be alright?
mom stop crying
they're tears of joy
i am alive, but mom it hurts
no one can hear me
whats wrong with me
mom tells me she loves me
and doesnt want me to suffer
she says i'll be better off
where i am going
she says her last goodbye
and everything goes black
